Well, I got my first tattoo, as is shown in my latest deviation. You probably know what it's from already. Anywho, I like it a lot, and I'm still really happy with it. It's almost the exact same one in the movie. There are like 3 differences: Mine's eyes are simpler, the insides of the ears might not solid all the way through in the movie, and the tail wasn't floofy in the movie. Regardless, I'm very happy with it. It's just what I wanted (For my biiirrrthhhddddaaayyyyyy, loljk.)
Yes, it does hurt. It's not excrutiating, but it certainly sucks. Mostly when they go near the bone. Uggghhh.
It didn't take as long as I thought it would, and considering it's on my body until the skin rots away, $60 isn't bad at all.
What was interesting, though, was that if you stop thinking about it as "pain," like a bad feeling, it doesn't hurt. I mean... it's still pain, obviously. Nothing changes there, it's just... that pain isn't bad. You can focus on the feeling, even, and it doesn't bother you.
Just something I thought was cool.
